6. Whilst webUbuild will endeavour to remind you to renew your domain name never-the-less webUbuild takes no responsibility for renewal of a domain name.
7. If you upgrade to a package you will be charged from the start of the following calendar month. All upgrades run for the length of the initial purchase.
8. You will not be permitted to transfer your webUbuild website to another web hosting supplier, as it requires the source code of the webUbuild software to work. The source code is not included in any sale made by webUbuild. The source code will not be provided and the intellectual property rights remain with webUbuild.
